I am deeply committed to programs that inspire and engage young minds through developmentally appropriate content in art, literature, and social emotional learning. My work centers on advancing positive representation for children of color, particularly those in underserved communities, and ensuring access to meaningful, intentional media during these critical early years. I invite others to support this work through collaboration, shared expertise, and advocacy.

My Work

My work with community-based organizations demonstrates a sustained commitment to social justice and the BIPOC community. This includes My Brothers Teacher, a program with UW Cultivate Learning focused on diversifying the education workforce, and Look, Listen, and Learn, a local children’s initiative dedicated to closing the achievement gap in Washington State and promoting positive representation for children of color.
